Just checked IMDB for Prankster and it says another person is playing that role and that Maiara will play the role of "Sage"?.. Now who's the prankster?!

Here's a little of the story of The Prankster

Story Synopsis
Chris KarasTo the outer world CHRIS KARAS is a shy, moderately handsome, "A" student, the son of a hard-working Greek contractor. But to his closest confidants he is none other than the celebrated Prince of Pranksters, a secret society dedicated to combating the inequities of high school through masterful acts of subterfuge.
With graduation looming ahead, Chris longs for more from life. He dreams of getting into a top college and wooing MARIAH RIVERA, the radiantly beautiful editor of the school paper. Standing squarely in Chris's way are the expectations of his fellow Pranksters, Mariah's all-world boyfriend, and Chris's old-world father, who can't understand his son's collegiate ambitions.How Chris navigates the treacherous waters of adolescence is the story of The Prankster. Guided by the homespun wisdom of his delightfully eccentric UNCLE NICK, Chris embarks on a challenging path of self-discovery, a path fraught with peril as well as laughter.

Chris's first step is his clandestine application for the Outstanding Teenagers of America Scholarship, an award that his Prankster peers openly deride. To have any chance of winning Chris must try out for graduation speaker, vying with an insidious class suck-up, preppie student body president BRAD BURRIS. Meanwhile, fate presents Chris with an opportunity to get to know Mariah. She catches him planting an article in the school paper but doesn't turn him in. Rather, she is surprised and intrigued by this young man, whom she had once pigeonholed as a non-entity.

When catty blonde cheerleader TIFFANY FOWLER discovers Chris and Mariah's budding friendship, she makes sure both of them become social outcasts. To make matters worse, Chris's prankster cohort, LARRY, is given a brutal "swirlie" by a humongous jock, BLOTTO, while the boorish school DEAN looks the other way. Such abuse keeps Chris committed to the Pranksters' mission. They gain revenge by sabotaging the Senior Follies, humiliating the Dean in the process.

The pressure mounts as the Dean vows to discover and punish the Pranksters. After Chris beats out Brad Burris for graduation speaker in a nerve-wracking competition, the Dean finally catches one of the Pranksters. In support of their fallen comrade, Chris and his fellow Pranksters turn themselves in. The shocked Dean has no choice but to allow Chris to make his graduation speech, but warns him he won't graduate if he tries any funny stuff. Chris must now make the most difficult choice of his young life - to continue being a Prankster, to become a suck-up, or something far more difficult - to "step up" and be himself. It's a dilemma faced by other characters too, one that is resolved in a climax that is as moving as it is hilarious.

edit OMG! Sorry I made a terrible mistake, thanks to Hamm for let me know about this mistake. Maiara will play Mariah Rivera, IMDB made a mistake when they posted the cast and they posted two people playing Tifanny, the person who is playing Tiffany is Madison Riley.

New project for the amaizing Maiara Walsh? Well, that's what her IMDB page says, the new movie is comedy called "The Prankster".

The Project:
Prankster Entertainment is producing the feature film The Prankster, a teen comedy/coming-of-age story. Based on an original screenplay by Tony Vidal, The Prankster will be a high-quality entertainment designed for theatrical release. The film plays to all ages and has a built-in target audience comprised of all 11-18 year-olds. With its "self-knowledge" theme, hilarious pranks and first love romance, The Prankster serves up an appealing story for all.
Prankster News:
They are currently heavily involved in pre-production and will begin shooting at San Rafael High School on September 6th, 2008!
Will be shooting a 5 week, 23 day shooting schedule through all of September into the beginning of October

Hello! I'm so sorry for not post as I used to but there are no Maiara's news. Since there are no many things I uploaded 2 scans of different magazines and a behind the scenes of Cory In The House. Right now Sci-Fi Channel is waiting for Revolution, Caprica and Warehouse 13 to get completed all 3 got the greenlight for pilot, from there they will pick, let's hope that they choose Maiara's project since it sounds interesting and different from her other projects.

By the way thank you for the 10,000 visits, after 4-5 months seems to be small but I hope the web grows more to continue supporting Maiara, thanks to Tiara, Anne, Emily and all the people who help and donate information and photos. If someone wants to be a co-web or help in the web just send me an e-mail.

I read also that you lend your time to Children’s Hospital – what do you do there?
We visit the kids with different diseases and sicknesses. It’s kind of sad to see them but once all the Disney Channel stars go into their room, it’s like they have a complete transformation. They go from really sick and sad, but when they see us, they get big smiles on their faces and it’s really humbling, very heartwarming for us. Sometimes we sign autographs for them or sometimes we’ll play video games with them. I know that me and Jason Dolley, and Maiara Walsh, we got to play guitar hero with some of the kids and it was fun.
